Orientation
Join us on Monday, January 6th at 7 PM for our Program Orientation & Goal Setting Workshop. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the program and set your personal goals for success!
Weeks 3, 6 & 9
Coach Check In
Connect with your coach, review your progress and address any challenges you may be facing.
Week 1 -12
The Grind
Each week features 50 dynamic group training sessions focused on strength, cardio & functional fitness, designed to accommodate all experience levels. These guided workouts will keep you motivated and supported as you work toward achieving your goals.
Week 12
Final Coach Check In
Final coach meeting, assessment and goal reflection. Learn how to sustain your results and hopefully continue your journey with us.
